After an internal probe brought out serious irregularities in the procurement of communication equipment and gadgetssuch as body-worn cameras and CCTVs worth₹350 crore for the Tamil Nadu police, the state government has ordered a Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) probe.
