In a move to provide relief to Delhiites, Delhi government on Saturday started providing onions at Rs 23.9 per kg through mobile vans and fair price shops. Altogether, over 70 mobile vans and 400 fair price shops have been arranged to sell the onions at subsided rate in the capital.
