The Mangalamedu police in Perambalur district arrested the headquarters speaker of Tamil Nadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam (TMMK) from here on Wednesday for making derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah.
